The Licensee would have access to email addresses of those who previously bought knives online or via a returned post card from the retail store-bought packages. These AutoLoad knife owners would receive frequent email campaigns selling replacement blades. Consequently, at any one given point in time there are a substantial number of AutoLoad knife owners who need to buy replacement blades. For example; based upon our research and analysis at the end of year three there could be 1.0 to 1.8 million current knife owners available to buy replacement blades exclusively from the licensee online.
The only blades that will work in the AutoLoad knives are the AutoLoad patented blades. Since blades can only be purchased from the licensee online, and since the licensee has a captive audience of those who specifically need our blades, a monthly online blade replacement sales campaign could be a “windfall”.
In addition, we understand that many contractors would find it very convenient to be put on a regularly scheduled monthly shipment of blades delivered to their doorstep.
